Passionate about the subtleties of flavors and the aesthetics of our profession, the creativity it gives us, also concerned about sharing sensitivities with our apprentices and employees. We make our ice creams, sorbets and chocolates on site using carefully selected ingredients in the pure artisanal tradition, for the greatest pleasure of our customers.

Our frozen cakes and macaroons
Our chocolate candies: more than 45 kinds during the holiday season
Our chocolate dragees: with almonds or hazelnuts
Our calissons: classic, passion fruit, lime, raspberry or chocolate
Our nougats: soft from Provence, with chocolate or "true black nougat" pure lavender honey and almonds, during Christmas only

We can study your project as well as possible by offering you:

Be careful, some projects take a long time to set up. For chocolate, the sooner the better.
The Christmas and Easter periods are in high demand.
